Ellie’s Long Beach, California

Review of Ellis's Long Beach
BEST LONG BEACH RESTAURANTS

Sunday mornings are for indulgence, and my breakfast with a girlfriend at Ellie's Restaurant in Long Beach was delightful. The restaurant is close to Second Street, surrounded by free parking.
The restaurant's happy, good-vibe atmosphere set the tone for a perfect morning.
My girlfriend opted for the avocado toast, a vibrant masterpiece topped with perfectly poached eggs and a delicate layer of caviar. Each bite was a symphony of creamy avocado, runny yolk, and the briny burst of caviar
I chose the poached egg dish surrounded by rotini, sun-dried tomatoes, and burrata cheese. The pasta was perfect, its spirals soaked in the rich essence of sun-dried tomatoes. The poached egg sat proudly at the center, its yolk oozing into the creamy burrata and creating a heavenly sauce that coated every bite. The flavors were bold yet harmonized, making it a meal to remember.
As we savored our long catch-up breakfast at Ellie's, we will be back.
